Place your hands on the back of the bench as shown on the video. Legs are shoulder width apart or wider. Walk the feet backwards to form a straight line between your neck an your heels. Do a standard push-up and when you lift your chest back up rotate one arm open (fingertips should point to the sky). Lower the arm back down and repeat the exercise on the other side.
