Stand tall with your back facing the bench. Legs shoulder width apart. Bend one leg until you reach a 90° angle at the knee and extend the other leg forward at the same time. Back is straight, belly button in, booty goes back as you're trying to sit on the bench. Land softly on the seat, stand up on one leg and immediately repeat the exercise on the other side as shown in the video.
