Stand tall with your back facing the bench. Your body is straight, legs are shoulder width apart and your belly is tight. Lower your booty to the seat as you squat down and while getting back up - take a step to the side. The motion should be nice and fluid, as shown in the video. Squat again and take a step to the other side as your body is going back up. Repeat.
