Sit down and straighten your back against the back of the bench. Extend the arms to the sides and slide your booty slightly forward. Tuck your belly in, rotate to the left hip, drive the knees to your chest and then extend the legs to their initial position. Rotate to the other hip and repeat as shown in the video.
