Stand tall with your booty against the edge of the desk and place your hands on it (fingers facing forward). Step your legs a bit forward, elbows facing backwards. Slowly bend your arms and as you slide down bending the left leg to a 90° angle, extend the right leg forward. Slide your body back up and repeat on the other side.
