Stand tall facing one side of the bench. Place your hands as shown in the video. Walk your feet backwards until you have a straight line between your head and your heels. Feet are narrow. Tuck the belly in and do a triceps push-up (elbows close to the body). When you lift your body back up, drive the left knee towards the left elbow, then the opposite. Repeat the whole exercise.
