Stand tall in front of one of the back corners of the bench. Measure your distance carefully in order not to hit your legs during the kicks. Feet are shoulder width apart or a little wider. Squat down with your back straight and your stomach tucked in. As you're lifting back up, swing one leg inwards and make a semi-circle over the top of the bench. As you lower the moving leg, land softly and directly into another squat. Alternate legs for the round kicks.
