Grab the back of the bench as shown in the video . Your body is at a 45° angle to the ground. Belly button in. Bend one knee as you extend the opposite leg backwards. Arms are straight, parallel to the ground. Drive the knee of the extended leg towards your chest and lift the opposite heel off the ground at the same time. Do the whole exercise several times, then switch the legs and repeat.
